About Blissaro

Blissaro is an intelligent event planning application developed by NewNetwork.pl Szymon Jędrzejczak, designed to help couples plan their perfect wedding. Our mobile and web applications provide tools for guest management, digital invitations, seating arrangements, virtual wedding albums, and more.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Blissaro account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

Send an Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Include Your Information

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Blissaro account
  • Any additional details that will help us identify your account

Await Confirmation

We will process your request within 14 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Alternative method: You can also delete your account directly from within the Blissaro mobile or web application by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, password, and profile details
  • Event Data: All wedding/event details including dates, venues, and descriptions
  • Guest Lists: All guest names, contact information, RSVP statuses, and group assignments
  • Digital Invitations: All custom invitation designs, templates, and QR codes
  • Seating Arrangements: All table plans and seating configurations
  • Virtual Album Content: All photos and videos uploaded by you or your guests to virtual wedding albums
  • Communication Data: Any messages or notifications associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained

For legal, security, and operational purposes, we may retain certain limited data in anonymized or aggregated form:

  • Transaction Records: If you made any payments, anonymized financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
  • Anonymous Analytics: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics may be retained to improve our services (e.g., "total number of events created" without any link to your identity)
  • Legal Compliance Data: If required by law or ongoing legal proceedings, certain data may be retained until legal obligations are fulfilled
  • Backup Systems: Data may remain in encrypted backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently purged

Important: Any retained data will be completely anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Immediate
Your account is deactivated and you can no longer access the application
Within 24h
All personal data is permanently deleted from our primary database
Within 90 days
All data is purged from backup systems and completely removed from our infrastructure
Up to 7 years
Anonymized financial records may be retained for legal/tax compliance (if applicable)
