Terms of Service
§ 1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules and conditions for the provision of electronic services via the Blissaro web application available at blissaro.com (the "Application" or the "Service").
The owner and service provider of the Service is NewNetwork.pl Szymon Jędrzejczak, with its registered office at ul. Cicha 10/1, 72-100 Goleniów, Poland, EU VAT ID: PL9552016771 (the "Service Provider").

Any individual or legal entity using the Service (the "User") is required to comply with these Terms.
§ 2. Type and Scope of Services
Blissaro is a tool for comprehensive management of wedding planning and reception organization. The services include in particular:
- Digital Invitations: creating, personalizing and managing digital wedding invitations using templates and an editor.
- Guest List Management: importing guest lists, organizing them into groups (including with AI suggestions), managing RSVP statuses and exporting data.
- QR Code Integration: generating unique QR codes for guests or groups to access invitations and RSVP quickly.
- Seating Planner: a visual tool to arrange guests at wedding tables.
- Virtual Wedding Album: a shared album where the User and their guests can upload photos and videos, with tagging and moderation features.
- AI Assistant: AI-based tooling to help personalize invitation templates and suggest guests during import.
§ 3. Technical Requirements and Registration
- An internet-enabled device and a modern web browser are required.
- Account creation requires providing accurate data (including email) and accepting these Terms.
- The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
§ 4. User Rights and Obligations
- The User declares that all data entered into the Application (including guests' personal data, photos and videos) is entered legally and with consent where required by law.
- The User bears full responsibility for content published or shared via the Application, including content uploaded by guests to the Virtual Wedding Album.
- It is forbidden to use the Application for unlawful purposes, to violate good morals or third-party rights.
- The User may delete their account at any time. Deleting the account terminates the agreement and permanently removes the User's data.
§ 5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

- Purpose and Legal Basis: provision of services under these Terms (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Data Scope: User data (name, email), guest data (names), event details (e.g., date, venue), and media content uploaded to the Virtual Wedding Album.
- Data Security: appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to ensure data security in accordance with GDPR.
- Data Recipients: for certain features (e.g., AI suggestions), data provided by the User may be processed by Google's AI model. According to Google's statements, such data is not used to train the model nor permanently stored.
- Other than the case above, personal data is not shared with third parties without the User's consent unless required by law.
- User Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
§ 6. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the Application, its source code, visual design, logo, and invitation templates belong to the Service Provider.
- The User retains full copyright and ownership of all content they enter (e.g., photos, videos, guest data). The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely to provide the services.
§ 7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Service should be submitted via email to [email protected], including a description of the issue and data enabling User identification. The Service Provider will respond within 14 days.
§ 8. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified electronically of any changes.
- Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
